Study on Vitro Anti-oxidation Effects of Tea-oil

In this paper, TAB method was used to study the inhibition of tea-oil on rat liver lipid peroxidation. The results showed that tea-oil can effectively cleaned up the free radical in rat liver tissue and inhibited lipid peroxidation.
