Study Progress of the Relationship between Heterosis and Genetic Differentiation of Crossing Parents in Crop

Cai Jian et al (Key Laboratory of Rice Genetics and Breeding of MOA, Hefei 230031)  
The genetic differentiation between crossing parents was a main cause of heterosis formation in crops. In this paper, the study progress of the relationship between heterosis and differentiation of crossing parents was discussed on three levels: quantitative character, isoenzyme and molecular marker.
