Safety Technology of Two-line Hybrid Rice Seed Production and its Application in Anhui Province (III) --Study on the Multiplication Technology of P(T)GMS Lines

Wang Shouhai et al (Rice Research Institute,AAAS,Hefei 230031)  
Multiplication Technology of P(T)GMS lines: 7001S,3516S(Japonica),3418S,399S,2301S(Indica), which were bred by Rice Research Institue,AAAS,and X07S,bred by Xuanchen Institute of Agricultural Sciences, had been studied. The strategies of multiplication was put forward. They were as follows:PGMS lines-7001S,3516S,3418S were mainly multiplicated in Autumn in Anhui province, and selectively multiplicated in Hainan province;while 399S?2301S?X07S were mainly multiplicated in Spring in Hainan province,selectively multiplicated through cool water irrigation method in mountain areas in Anhui province. And the key technique of high yield multiplication of these P(T)GMS Lines were summarized.
