Heritable and Correlation Analysis of Several Restore Line's Floral Character

The correlation coefficient of heritability, genotype and phenotype and path analysis of ten floral characters was studied and investigated in 12 restore lines. It was known that the broad-sense heritability of floral characters was large, except for spikelet width. Among genotype variation coefficients, the percent of exserted stigma, stigma length and stigma width were much greater than other floral characters, so was the genetic advance, which was to say hybrid selection was effective to increase the level of above characters.The values of the phenotypic and genotypic correlation coefficient between most of floral characters were relatively greater. The path analysis showed that the direct path coefficient of spikelet length to percent of exserted stigma was greater.
