Study on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation Techniques of Gigas Type of Black Locust

Lei Cheng et al (Plant Tissue Culture Center Nanyang Agricultural School,Nanyang,Henan 473000)  
Robinia pseudoacacia stem tissue culture was studied. The results showed that the best medium for inducement was MS+6-BA 0.3?mg/L+NAA 0.1?mg/L,and for multiplication was MS+6-BA?0.6?mg/L+NAA?0.2?mg/L,and for rooting culture was 1/2MS+IBA?0.5?mg/L+NAA?0.5?mg/L+AC?500?mg/L.The plantlets inside bottle had been sealed for two weeks and the plantlets, training, the bottle was opened for 2 or 3 days.The survival rate of transplanting plantlets was over 90%.
