Summary of the Techniques and Methods of Plant Gene Transformafion

Gao Junshan et al (Anhui Agricultural University,Hefei 230036)  
In the thesis,the different measures of plant gene transformation were summarized according to the technology principle and method development ,especially in expatiating the mechanism and applicable range of the methods,providing some examples in application and development,and its advantage and disadvantage.The methods of gene transformation mainly included Carrier-Mediated transformation and direct gene transfer,Agrobacterium-Mediated transformation method had more advantages than the other ones.
