Study on Effect of Different Pre-treatment Methods on the NIRS Determination of Rapeseed Quality

Huang Xiaorong et al (Crop Research Institute, AAAS,Anhui Provincial Key Laboratory of Crop Quality Improvement,Hefei,Anhui 230031)  
Abnormal" rapeseed samples were produced by means of different pretreatment methods. Comparison of NIRS quality determination results between normal rapeseed samples and “abnormal" samples indicated that quantity,moisture and germination rate have much effect on the determination results by NIRS and shrunken grain rate affects the results a little while soaking treatment did not affect the results.
