Analysis of the Property of Sea Island Cotton in Allard's Reclamation Area

Sea Island cotton goal properties and variety in Allard's reclamation area were analyzed with the method of the gray systematic theory and gray related degree. The result showed: the fibre length, brute force and reflecting rate were bigger influent factors in spinning; Height of the plant, effective bell and the weight of ginned cotton were the greater factors affecting the fibre length; Effective bell, joint number of the fruit, height of the plant and the number of per bell were the greater factors affecting the output of single ginned cotton.The related degree of weighting of cotton variety——New sea 15 was the biggest;the second was 99-111;both of two varieties were the varieties with good comprehensive properties.
