Effect of γ Ray Irradiation on the Chlorophyll and Carotenoid of Collinia Elegans and Guzmania Linguata

The effect of 60 Co r-ray irradiation on the chlorophyll and carotenoid of Collinia elegans and Guzmania linguata was studied.The result showed chlorophyll and carotenoid of the Collinia elegans treated with r-ray irrdiation were changed.Chlorophyll-a and chlorophyll-b had significant positive correlation.The chlorophyll and carotenoid content in Guzmania linguata was higher at 20?Gy than others,Chlorophyll-a and chlorophyll-b and carotenoid had significant positive correlation.
