Study on the Composition Analysis and Comparison of Diriment Kinds of Kudzu Vine

The contents of main organic nutrition of different parts of different kudzu vine varieties were analyzed, as well as the contents of zine, lead and Cadmium. The results showed that, the contents of main composition of the same parts of different varieties had no marked difference. But the contents of starch and soluble sugar were remarkably various, while the amino acid content in stem was tightly higher than root and leaf. The protein content of different parts had no difference . The variation of the content of zinc, lead cadmium was great, their contents were reduced gradually(rootstemleaf).
