Effect of the Treatment of ~(60)Co-γ Ray Irradiation on Germination Rate and Seedling Growth of Companula medium and Limonium Sinuata Seed

The seeds ofCompanula mediumwere treated with ~(60)Co-γrayand the results showed that the treatment with 80, 40 and 20 Gy 60Co-γray irradiation can improve the seedling growth and 10 Gy 60Co-γray radiation can restrict the germination rate and seedling growth. And inLimoniumSinuata seed treatment, that 60Co-γrayrestricted germination percentage ofLimoniumSinuata todifferent extent. There was a negativerelativity between the germination percentage and radiation dosage, but a positive relativity between the length of bud and radiation dosage. In aconclusion, the irradiation treatment restrained the germination percentage but improved the Growth ofLimoniumSinuata.
