Application and Research Progress of High-intensity Ultrasound Technique in Agricultural Products Processing Industry

The high-intensity ultrasound acting on a liquid medium can generates a series of unique physical and chemical effects, which hadbeen ultrasound, widely applied in many industries. In this paper the author summarized the basic principle and the characteristics of high-intensity ultrasound and the methods of producing ultrasound wave. The current situation of applications of high -intensity ultrasound inagriculture and the products processing industry was reviewed in terms of ultasround -reinf orced separation, crystallization, deposition,atomization, emulsification, de-emulsification, dryness, dehydration, sterilization, thawing, washingand soon.
