Study on Water Physiology of Locust Seedling under Different Conditions of Drought Stress

SHAN Chang-juan (Henan Institute of Science and Technology, Xinxiang, Henan 453003 )  
The water physiology of locust seedling under conditions of different drought stress was tested. The results showed that transpiration rate, leaf RWC, water potential and water-consumption, water use coefficient decreased with soil water decreasing, and leaf WSD increased with soil water decreasing. Meanwhile, some problems were pointed out and discussed.
