Study on the Submerged Culture Condition for Hypsizigus marmoreus

In this paper,the submerged culture conditions for Hypsizigus marmoreus were studied with the method of shake flask.The results showed that the optimum submerged culture conditions for Hypsizigus marmoreus were listed as follows: the stirring speed at 120 r/min,temperature at 25 ℃,pH at 4.0~7.0(not necessary to regulate),inoculation volume at about 15 ml(500 ml erlenmeyer flask,aeration ratio at 150 ml),the aeration ratio at 150 ml(500 ml erlenmeyer flask),and the fermentative period on the 7th day.
