Preliminary Study on the Bio-waste Treated by Earthworms

The bio-wastes are treated through the activities of the earthworm to improve the physical and chemical property and increase the fertility of the soil.The contents of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the soil were enhanced. At the same time,the earthworms grew very well.The changing rules of the contents of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the soil were found.The breeding percentage of the earthworms was up to 34%.The amount of individual digestion of treat bio-waste was 0.957 g/d.The environmental,ecological and economical effects can be achieved through the bio-wastes treated the earthworms.
