Research on the Healthy Beverage Containing Many Nutrients of Oudemanciella radicata

TIAN Long et al (Life Science Department,Nanyang Normal College,Nanyang,Henan 473061)  
Oudemanciella radicata was used as raw materials,its extraction was treated with citric acid and vitamin C.The extractation of the temperature,time and other factors were adjusted to determine the best condition of extraction processes,for the preparation of nutrition,health and green fruit beverage.
