Development and Utilization of Healthy Food of Chinese Yam Bean

DU Qing-dong(Life Science College,Linyi Normal College,Linyi,Shandong 276005)  
The production of functional food(Gruel,Beverage and Preserves) from(Dioscorea batatas)Chinese yam bean was studied,and the optimum processing condition was determined.
