Research Progress in Transformation Maize Mediated with Agrobacterium Tumefaciens

WANG Xiu-qin et al(College of Agronomy,Shandong Agricultural University,Taian,Shandong 271018)  
The technique of transformation via agrobacterium tumefaciens in maize has been applied since 1990.In the paper the new progress made in gere transformation of maise with agrobacterium tumefaciens was summarized,including approaches of transformation and the factors affecting transformatiom efficiency.
