Contrasting Study on Reactive Component and Fatty Acid in Wild Grape Seed Grown in Jilin

In the paper the content of total flavone and oligoprocyanidins in wild grape seed and hill implantation grape seed were contrastly analyzed.Non-saturation fatty acid component of grape seed oil was contrastly analyzed with GC-MS.The result demonstrated the content of total flavone of wild grape was more than that of hill implantation grape seed,but the content of oligoprocyanidins was 1.07 times higher in wild grape seed than that in hill implantation grape seed.The non-saturation fatty acid content of grape seed oil was above 90%.The sub-oleic acid in both was more than 75% and the sub-oleic acid in wild hill grape seed oil(78.84%) was more than that in hill implantation grape seed.After the grape seed was deposited for one year,the sub-oleic acid content was 13.37%,and the stearic acid content became higher.
