Determination of Atrazine in Enviroment Soil and Water by HPLC with Solid-phase Extraction

GUI Xue-qin (Center of Modern Experiment and Technology,Anhui University,Hefei,Anhui 230039)  
A high performance liquid chromatographic method with solid-phase extraction was used for the determination of atrazine in environmental soil and water.HPLC was carried out on C_(18) column at 25 ℃ based on the application of methanol-water(60∶40) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.8(ml/min) and the detected wavelength was 220 nm.Good linearity of atrazine was obtained over the ranges of 0.1~5.0 mg/L(r=0.995 5).The average recovery rate of atrazine was 86.1%(RSD3.7%).This method was simple,quick,and the recovery rate was better.
