Analysis of the Formal Shoot and Vitrification Shoot from Gypsophila Paniculata L Tissue Culture with the RAPD

In this paper,the random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) analysis was conducted with 200 random primers in the formal shoot and vitrification shoot from Gypsophila Paniculata L tissue culture.The results showed that twenty-three of the two hundreds random primers were scorable polymorphic ones.Scorable DNA fragments derived from each primer amplying in various strains were found in the range from five to thirteen with an average of seven.The size of the amplified DNA fragments ranged from 200 to 2000 base pairs.Different DNA bands were amplified by different primer,and the difference was big.Twenty-three primers were screened and a tota1 of 206 DNA fragments were amplified.After cluster analysis,14 samples were clustered 2 or 4 groups,these can distinguish the difference of the formal shoot and vitrification shoot from Gypsophila Paniculata L tissue culture.
