Research on the Bacteriostasis Active Constituent in Alkaliod from Tagetes erecta Root Extraction

LIU Jia-bin et al(College of Life Science,Shanxi Agricultural University,Taigu,Shanxi 030801)
This research mainly takes watermelon fusarium wilt as the research object, which does serious harm to melon species. The alkaloid from Tagetes erecta root was extracted with the method of dissolved with acid and sunk with alkali. And alkaloid bacteriostasis active constituent from Tagetes erecta root was isolated and purified with thin-layer chromatography, the column chromatographic analysis and some other biochemical methods. Then we exhaustively carried on the concrete classification and the research on alkaloid bacteriostasis material. The result indicated the alkaloid from Tagetes erecta root had many bioactive components against watermelon Fusarium wilt.By separating the alkaloid,we obtained five components of alkaloid. And Water-soluble alkaloid had the best inhibiting effect against Fusarium wilt.
