Determination of Four Glycoside Constituents in Two Kinds of Swertia by HPLC

JIN You-cai et al (Northwest Institute of Plateau Biology,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Xining,Qinghai 810001)  
A method for the determination of four glycoside constituents both in Swertia chirata and wild and cultivated Swertia mussotii has been set up by HPLC.The results show that the method is simple,accurate and quick,and is available for quality control of Swertia herbs.
