Comprehensive Evaluation of Exterior and Interior Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco in Henan Province

ZHANG Xin-jun et al (Henan Agricultural University,Zhengzhou,Henan 450002)  
Taking Henan tobacco region as a case,the index system for evaluating tobacco quality quantitatively was established,and the comprehensive evaluation of quality usability of Henan tobacco in 2004 was carried out by index sum method and principal component analysis.The results indicated that Henan tobacco leaves had the characteristics of good appearance quality,medium physical and sensory property,and a little unbalanced chemical components.The comprehensive score of tobacco quality was 72.37,with the range of 64.94~77.74.71.05% samples had the score of 70~80,and the rest had the score of 60~70.
