Application of SSR Molecular Marker in Soybean

ZHOU Wen-cai et al(School of Life Science,Nanchang University,Nanchang,Jiangxi 330031)  
SSR molecular markers were widely applied in soybean researches due to its codominance,highly polymorph,abundance with random distribution in soybean genome,etc.Research advance in the application of SSR markers was reviewed,such as soybean genetic diversity,molecular mapping construction,QTL mapping and identification of cultivars.Development prospect of SSR markers in soybean researches was also discussed.
