Analysis of the Factor Impacting the Gene Transferring with the Pollen-tube Pathway Method

It is important to improve the transformation frequency of the pollen-tube pathway method,and we analyzed its impact factor,including the pathway that foreign gene was transferred into embryo and the recipient cell with the pollen-tube pathway method.Soybean being taken as an example,two physiological processes were jointed together: the growth of pollen-tube pathway and double-fertilization,to emphasize the importance of the appropriate time and its competent state for the transformation manipulation of flowering plant,and the direction of the future research was pointed out.
