PI Yun-qing et al(College of Chemistry and Environment Science,Henan Normal University,Henan Key Laboratory for Environmental Pollution Control,Xinxiang,Henan 453007)
In order to study the heavy metal pollution situation in farmland irrigated by waste water in Xinxiang, the content of many heavy metals in plant was investigated. The soil extraction experiments showed that the concentration of Zn,Cu,Pb and Cr were lower than the national standard, and the content of Ni and Cd were over the standard. The irrigated soil was obviously polluted by the heavy metal Ni and Cd.According to national sanitary standard of food, the polluted degree of heavy metal was evaluted and the results indicated the concentration of Cd,Cr and Zn in all plants were over the standard;the concentration of Pb and Cu in some plants were over the standard;in other plants it was lower the standard. The heavy metal Cr and Cd that polluted plant were more serious.
