Optimization of Fermentation Conditions of Coprinus comatus

DENG Gong-cheng et al (Qiannan Normal University of Nationalities,Duyun,Guizhou 558000)  
The influence of carbon sources,nitrogen sources,pH,time and temperature on the content of polysaccharides in Coprinus comatus fermentation was studied.The results showed that the order of the influence on fermentation was carbon sourcesnitrogen sourcespHtime.The best medium for fermentation was determined by orthogonal test,namely,corn starch of 3%,peptone of 0.3%,pH of 6.0,temperature of 22~24 ℃,time of 5 d.
