Effects of Compound Microorganism Agent on Growth and Activity of Digestive Ferment in Grass Carp

In test with Zhengdakang grass carp feed formula as basic diets,1% compound microorganism agent as additive was fed on grass carps and the growth performance indexes and the activity of amylase and lipase in hepatopancreas and intestinal canal were determined respectively.after 30 days.The result showed that compared with control,the weight,length of grass carp increased 8.93%(P0.01) and 3.93%(P0.01),and amylase activity of hepatopancreas and intestinal canal enhanced 227.36%(P0.01) and 239.56%(P0.01),and lipase activity enhanced 22.51%(P0.01) and 7.16%(P0.01) respectively,suggesting that the compound microorganism agent could effectively improved the growth and digestion function of grass carp.
