Influence of Copper,Lead and Their Interaction on Accumulation of Copper and Lead in Houttuynia cordata Thunb

WU Tao et al (Ecological and Environmental Key laboratory of Yellow River Delta,Binzhou,Shandong 256603)  
The influence of copper,lead and their interaction on accumulation of copper and lead in the Houttuynia cordata Thunb was studied with the soil incubation experiment.The results indicated that with the increase of Cu,Pb concentration in soil,accumulation of Cu and Pb increased significantly in the Houttuynia cordata Thunb.The accumulation of Cu in Houttuynia cordata Thunb was the stem under the groundthe stem over the groundthe leaves, while the accumulation of Pb was the stem over the groundthe stem under the groundthe leaves.It indicated that copper and lead in different parts had different transport mechanism.A small amount of Pb could promote the accumulation of Cu in Houttuynia cordata Thunb,but it could decrease the accumulation of Cu with Pb concentration of 2 000 mg/kg.Cu could promote the accumulation of Pb in Houttuynia cordata Thunb significantly.
