Effect of Field Capacity on Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata Growth and Protective Enzyme Activities

GENG Xin-cui et al(College of Life Science,Northwest A & F University,Yangling,Shaanxi 712100)  
Effects of field capacity on protective enzyme activities and malondialdehyde content of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata were studied.Result showed that dry and fresh weight increased the fastest in 85 % field capacity.Malondialdehyde content kept steady in 70 % field capacity.With the increase of field capacity,protective enzyme activity declined,SOD and CAT changed even more.In different growth stages of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,protective enzyme activity fluctuated obviously,which showed that water content should be different in each stage of that period.
