Study on Influence Factors of Haemocytes Clumping of Neverita didyma in Vitro

JIANG Ying-ying et al(College of Life Science,Ludong University,Yantai,Shandong 264025)
Relationships between haemocytes clumping and storage temperature, time or haemocytes density of Neverita didyma were studied in this experiment. The results showed that cell clumping degree presented to go up first and then go down with the extension of storage time. The highest clumping degree was the group kept for 20 min under 20 ℃.Cell clumping degree obviously rose with the increase of haemocytes density. In the group of 0.5×106 cells/ml,the percentage of non-clumping haemocytes was 91 %.But in 7.6×106 cells/ml group,it was only 35 %.The clumping degree of haemocytes decreased with the descending of temperature.
