T Effect of Nano-CuO and Nano-Cu on Cu Apparent Digestibility of Broilers

20 of 20-day-old AA broilers were used and divided into 4 groups randomly.They were fed with basal diet added 8 mg/kg Cu in the form of CuSO4,CuO,nano-CuO,nano-Cu for 9 days.Effects of Nano-CuO and Nano-Cu on Cu apparent digestibility of broilers were studied.The results showed that,compared with CuSO4 and CuO,there was extremely significant effect(P0.01) on the apparent digestibility of Cu in the group added nano-CuO and significant effect(P0.05) on that in group added nano-Cu,while the apparent digestibility of Zn and Mn were significantly improved(P0.05) in the group added nano-CuO.And the apparent digestibility of crude protein had no significant change(P0.05) in the group added nano-CuO and nano-Cu.The Cu apparent digestibility of nano-CuO and nano-Cu was extremely significant higher than that of CuSO4 and CuO.Zn and Mn apparent digestibility could be obviously improved by adding nano-CuO.
