Research on the Concentration of Pb-Cd in Vegetable and Fruit in Sanya City and its Evaluation

The contain of Cd and Pb in soil,vegetable and fruit were measured and analyzed in 74 vegetable fields of Sanya,and then evaluated with the method of single and synthesis pollution index according to the national environmental quality standard for soils and the national food and environment quality standard.The results showed that:in vegetable field the contain of Cd was 0.095 mg/kg and the Pb was 36.66 mg/kg,which accorded with the cleanliness safe and non-pollution,and only a few field was with low-grade pollution.The contain of the heavy metal Cd in vegetable was 0.02 mg/kg,meaning 16.22% over compared with the standard.Pb was 0.11 mg/kg,meaning 10.81% over compared with the standard.
