Experiment Research on Spatial Variability of Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution in Huaibei Plain

LI Dan et al(Hohai University,State Key Laboratory of Hydrology-Water Resources and Hydraulic Engineering,Nanjing,Jiangsu 210098)
To research the spatial variability of non-point source pollution, the ArcGIS-geostatistics integrated method was adopted to analyze some indexes based on the field experiment, including soil content, nitrate nitrogen, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and total phosphorus. It was found that,of these five indexes, the spatial distribution of available phosphorus was the most variable, which was related to its difficult movement.According to correlation analysis, there was high correlation between nitrate nitrogen and total nitrogen while available phosphorus and total phosphorus. The spatial distributions of each index were gained by Kriging model, which showed a consistency to the correlation analysis result. These conclusions were of practical significance for field sampling optimization and interpolation or extrapolation of related information.
