Analysis on Genotype,Environment and Their Interaction Effect of PPO Activity of Wheat

[Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the effects of genotype,environment and their interaction on PPO activity of wheat and provide theoretical reference for color characteristic improvement of wheat dough and dominant region planting of wheat.[Method] 13 main-cultivated wheat varieties(strains) with greater difference of PPO activity of wheat flour were planted in Suzhou area and Guoyang area to study the effects of genotype,environment and their interaction on PPO activity of wheat flour.[Result] Flour PPO activity of Annong 0236 in Suzhou area was highest and that of Wanxie 2691 was lowest.In the same area,genotype and its interaction had significant effects on PPO activity of wheat flour.PPO activities of different genotypes were all higher than that of the interaction.The interaction effect of variety and tested site on PPO activity of wheat flour was very obvious and PPO activity in different varieties and different tested sites had significant difference.[Conclusion] Studying the interaction of genotype of quality traits and environment was of great significance for genetic improvement of wheat quality and regional production of good-quality wheat varieties.
