Effects of Different Light Intensities on the Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameter,Pigment Contents and Resistance Physiology of Drynaria fortunei

Under different light intensities,the changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameter,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a+b,carotenoid,malondialdhyde(MDA) and soluble sugar(SS) contents and peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) activities were determined.The research showed that Fo under intense light of 3 000 lx was bigger than that under 1 000 and 2 000 lx,Fm had little difference among various treatments,and Fv/Fm reduced obviously under 3 000 lx.After treatment under 1 000 and 2 000 lx for 4 and 6 d,ETR increased along with the increment of light intensity,and the light inhibition was eliminated.After treatment with different illuminations for 7 d,the chlorophyll and carotenoid contents under 3 000 lx reduced more,the difference between 1 000 and 2 000 lx was not obvious,and both POD and CAT activities and MDA and SS contents were highest under 3 000 lx.This showed that the light intensity of 3 000 lx went against the growth of Drynaria fortunei,so the intense light should be avoided while conducting artificial cultivation of Drynaria fortunei in the practical production.
