Study on the Effective Method in Extracting Total DNA fromDifferent Tissue Material in Dezhou Donkey

The objective of the study is to analyze the similarity correction of population structure and inter-specific genetics in Dezhou Donkey,and provide scientific basis for predicting breeding and hybrid combination,and render new thoughts on preservation and breeding work in Dezhou Donkey(Equus asinus).According to the characteristics of the different samples of Dezhou donkey(Equus asinus),including muscle,fur and blood that we have gathered,the report used the suitable methods to withdraw DNA,and carried on the examination.The experiment showed that these kinds of DNA extracted methods and the corresponding improvement were reliable.And much more pure DNA can be used further to analyze the amplification of PCR,it can also be used for various of molecular biology researches.
