Study on Organophosphorus Pesticide Residue in Chinese Medicinal Material

[Objective] A high performance gas chromatorgraphic method was developed to determine the content of 8 organophosphorus pesticides residues in Hyoscyamus niger L.,Rhizoma Pinelliae Cortex,Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.,Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth,Gastrodia elata,Cynanchum bungei Decne.[Method] The organophosphorus pesticides residues were analyzed by employing a fused silica capillary column DB-35 at the operating conditions of column temperature,flame photometric detector(FDT),nitrogen,taking air,H2 as carrier gas.[Result] Eight organophosphorus pesticides residues were separated.The calibration curve of 8 organophosphorus pesticides residues was linear in the range of 1~100 ng/ml(r0.9999).The detective limit range was 0.021~0.100 μg/ml.The average recovery was 81 %~95 %.[Conclusion] The method was sensitive and reliable to determine the organophosphorus pesticides residues of Chinese medicinal material.
