Research on the Coordination of the Land Price of Wuan City

It is necessary to coordinate regional land prices in order to deepen reforming of the system of urban land-using and strength land resources management,which contribute to the effective use of land resources and the balanced development of the land market.In this paper,the urban land classification and benchmarks premium balance were combined so that the land value and price were matched and benchmark premium was adjusted and then an ordering system of regional land prices was established.And also,on the case of Wuan city,the comprehensive land value was calculated by empowering weight,and the comprehensive land value was balanced based on the city land classification result,and then referencing land costs,the benchmark premium was received.The research on land value of Wuan city indicated that the urban classification and benchmark premium balance can coordinate regional land price and promote regional land market sustainable development.
