Effects of GA_3 and IAA on the Dynamic Accumulation of Flavonoid Content in Neosinocalamus affinins

[Objective] The research aimed to study the regulation of GA3 and IAA on the dynamic accumulation of flavonoid contents from leaves and stem in Neosinocalamus affinins and to provide theories for regulating the flavonoid biosynthesis in bamboo. [Method] Taking Neosinocalamus affinins as material, The GA3 and IAA with the different concentrations and combinations were sprayed onto the Neosinocalamus affinins. The flavonoid contents was determined by NaNO2-Al(NO3)3 colorimetric method. [Result] The changes of dynamic accumulation of flavonoid content from stem of Neosinocalamus affinins under the treatments of CK and 200 mg/L GA3+50 mg/L IAA appeared the shape like the capital letter "V", but the treatment 50 mg/L GA3+200 mg/L IAA was increased. There was the same dynamic accumulation of flavonoid content from leaves in Neosinocalamus affinins sprayed the GA3 and IAA with the different concentrations and combinations, and all appeared the trend that the dynamic accumulation of flavonoid content from leaves firstly increased, and then decreased quickly, finally increased again. The GA3 and IAA with the different concentrations and combinations had negative effect on the flavonoid biosynthesis from stem in Neosinocalamus affinins during the early period. The high concentration GA3 combining with the low concentration IAA had negative effect on the flavonoids biosynthesis from leaves in Neosinocalamus affinins. The GA3 and IAA with the different concentrations and combinations had significant effect on the flavonoids biosynthesis from both stem and leaves in Neosinocalamus affinins during the early period. The low concentration GA3 combining with the high concentration IAA had positive effect on the flavonoi ds biosynthesis from leaves in Neosinocalamus affinins. [Conclusion] The research provided foundation for Neosinocalamus affinins exploiture.
