Research on the Scavenging Capability of Free Radical

ZHANG Ji et al(College of Life Sciences,Northwest Normal University,Lanzhou,Gansu 730070)  
In order to mensurate the scavenging capability of free radicals and the centesimal oxidation ratio of the two kinds of vegetables oils refined from natural plants,we established the free radical reaction systems of ·OH and O2-.and the oxidation system of linoleic acid.At the same time the corresponding numerical value of IC50 was calculated.The result turned out that the 0.1 mg/ml of almond oil and 0.006 25 mg/ml of the grape seed oil showed the best capability of scavenging free radicals and the almond oil showed the best centesimal oxidation ratio.
