Study on the Factor Influencing Premium with Analytical Hierarchy Process

AHP is an effective multi-target decision method combined with the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.And there are numerous and complicated factors influencing premium.In this paper the affecting factors were analyzed and the construction of the evaluation pattern was proposed.Firstly,the structure model and judgement matrix about the factors affecting premium were built.Secondly,the method of testing consistency of judgement matrix was put forward and then an example is given to show how to analyze the affecting factors in way of AHP.Finally,we calculated the index weight of each factor,which supported us a scientific foundation for the establishment of reasonable premium.
