Discussion on the Constitution and Consummation of the Transfer System of Property Right of Rural House

China has perfect register and transfer system in property right of town house.The property right of country house can't transfer freely,because of the restriction rules.So,the farmers can't realize their benefits.The property right of rural house has just been stillbirth property.China should constitute the transfer system of property right of rural house and let farmers have possession with their property in deed on the base of realism need.All these not only can protect the benefits of the farmers,but also can relax house-providing press and control the high price in town.At the same time we can make the best use of the limited soil and house.It is not only necessary but also feasible to constitute transfer system in property right of rural house.
