Effect of Bagging with Different Fruit Bags on Fruit Quality of Fengshui Pear

[Objective]The study aimed to screen out fruit bags that had good integrated effect and were suitable for Fengshui pear.[Method] With Fengshui pear without bagging as CK,9 types of paper bags were chosen to study the effect of fruit bagging on fruit quality of Fengshui pear.[Result]Fruit bagging could obviously improve fruit skin color,dot density and dot diameter of Fengshui pear.The diameter of bagged fruit was 2.97 mm higher than that of CK.The single fruit weight of bagged fruit weight was 17.73 g higher than that of CK averagely.The total soluble solid,total soluble sugar and flesh firmness in the bagged fruit were mostly decreased.And the ratio of solid to acid was mostly increased.The total scores of the bagged fruit appearance were 1.18-2.88 higher than that of CK.The total effect of bagging on internal quality of Fengshui pear had greater different among 9 types of fruit bags.[Conclusion] The fruit bag that get optimum bagging effect was double-layer paper bag with the outside bag being white-outer and black-inner and the inner bag being black,whose integrated score and the appearance score was the first and internal quality was the second.The second was the double-layer paper bag with inner bag being black and outside bag being grey and the double-layer paper bag with inner bag being black and outside bag being grey and black.
