Study on the Acute Toxic Effects of Cu,Cd,Cr and Pb on Sinopotamon henanense

[Objective] The aim of the research was to provide the scientific basis for the healthy culture of aquatic products.[Method] The indictor animal Sinopotamon henanense with sensitivity to the environmental factors were taken as materials to study the acute toxic effects of Cu,Cd,Cr and Pb on S.henanense.[Result] At the same time,the dead number of S.henanense showed an increase with S shape along with the increasing of the concn.of heavy metals.In treated groups,the dead number and the death rate of S.henanense were both increased with the rising of the concn.of heavy metals and the prolonging of the treating time.The median lethal dose(LC50) of 4 kinds of heavy metals to S.henanense were decreased with the prolonging of the treating time.The toxicity of 4 kinds of heavy metals to S.henanense after 24 h in order was CuCrCdPb,while the toxicity after 48 h was in order as CdCuCrPb.Compared with other 3 kinds of heavy metals,the median lethal concn.of Cd was decreased more significantly with the prolonging of the time.[Conclusion] S.henanense had stronger tolerance to heavy metals.
