Research on the Intensified Cultivation Techniques of Super-high-yielding Two-line Hybrid Rice Liangyou 6326 of Medium Indica

[Objective] The purpose was to research the intensified cultivation techniques of hybrid rice variety Liangyou 6326.[Method] The macrozone design was used in the experiment and the dry seedling raising in macroporous flopy disk and ridge culture around were used in the intensified cultivation and each full irrigation of channel could sustain about 7 d.Three treatments in planting density of rice were set up,i.e.intensified cultivations(6.7+16.6) cm×26.7 cm(S1) and 23.3 cm×26.7 cm(S2) and conventional cultivation 16.6 cm×20.0 cm(CK).The changing trends of Liangyou 6326 on agronomic and economic characters were analyzed through comparing intensified cultivation with conventional cultivation and then the effects of different cultivation measures were discussed.[Result] Compared with CK,the obtained actual yield in S1 treatment was 9 940.5 kg/hm2,increasing by 5.0%,its available ears were 15×104/hm2 more,its full grains per ear were 12.2 more and its 1 000-seed weight was 0.7 g higher.Compared with CK,the available ears in S2 treatment was 16.5×104/hm2 less,its full grains per ear were 12.1 more,its 1 000-seed weight was 1.2 g higher and its yield was equal.[Conclusion] Liangyou 6326 showed characters such as big ear,high seed setting rate and 1 000-seed weight in intensified cultivation,with suitable planting density of(6.7+16.6) cm×26.7 cm.
