Study on Comprehensive Utilization of Functional Material in Citrus Pericarp

With the discussion on deep processing and utilization industry of citrus fruit as objective,the function and use of the natural products including essential oil,carotenoid,hesperidin and pectin in citrus pericarp were summarized and the extraction technology of existing essential oil,cartenoid,hesperidin and pectin was analyzed.Combining with the traditional and rising processing technology for fruits,the approaches and modes for comprehensive utilization of citrus pericarp were proposed.The study had a reference value for other fruit and vegetable industry.
