Research on Key Parameters in Design Nozzle with Jet Milling to Straw

YANG Lan-yu et al (Northeast Forestry University,Harbin,Heilongjiang 150023)  
This research analyzed the present situation of straw utilization in China.A practical design method of nozzle were put forward combined with application characteristics of the nozzle in jet milling,according to general principle and characteristic-line theory.Taking the half-surface through nozzle's center-axis as study object,the influence of the key parameters during the process of nozzle design to crushing capability were obtained through the key design research on the contraction segment,which provided the reference for the application of jet milling to the straw superfine comminution.
