Study on Extraction of Polysaccharide and Function of Free Radical Quenching in Pinus densiflora

[Objective] The aim was to screen out the extraction condition of Pinus densiflora polysaccharides and primarily discuss the activity of Pinus densiflora polysaccharides so as provide basis for developing and utilizing Pinus densiflora polysaccharides.[Method] Pinus densiflora polysaccharides were obtained from Pinus densiflora with water extraction and alcohol precipitation method.[Result] The optimum temperature of extracting was water temperature of 90 ℃,extracting time of 4 h and ratio of material and water of 1∶25.The free radical quenching capability of Pinus densiflora polysaccharides were tested.The Pinus densiflora polysaccharide density was 0.300 mg/ml,and the percentage clearance of the ultra oxygen anion free radical approaches was 50%.[Conclusion] The free radical quenching capability of Pinus densiflora polysaccharides was significant.
